San Francisco, CA (Billboard Publicity Wire) June 23, 2008 -- Alexandra Patsavas, head of the Los Angeles-based firm Chop Shop Music Supervision, will be a featured speaker at the Bandwidth Conference 2008. Patsavas was named as the 2006 "Entertainment Marketer of the Year" by Advertising Age for her work choosing music for some of the most-watched television shows of the past 10 years, including Grey's Anatomy, The O.C., Gossip Girl, and Without A Trace. Patsavas has also been named one of Variety's 50 honorees for their annual "Women's Impact Report," and featured as one of Billboard's "Top Women In Music." Last year, Patsavas formed Chop Shop Records. The label's roster features singer/songwriters Jade McNelis and Anya Marina, and indie-pop band The Republic Tigers.
The Bandwidth Conference focuses on the ways people discover, purchase, interact with, and are exposed to music, and explores the evolving musical experience with panels on marketing, fan behavior, trends and future forecasts.
